The Southeastern Michigan Chapter requires all CPR and First Aid instructors to submit an Advance Notification Form for all classes conducted in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties five business days prior to the start date of the course.  The information submitted will be used for quality assurance purposes and to ensure that courses are taught according to American Red Cross standards.
