Welcome to the Instructor Zone, the Southeastern Michigan Chapter resource page for CPR, First Aid and Aquatic instructors. Our goal with this page is the provide you with the tools and information you need to teach the course you are authorized to teach.
As in many organizations, we have had to cut staff over the past several years. In addition, we have had to close or move our offices and classrooms in order to reduce costs. We recognize that this has made it more difficult for our Authroized Providers--you--to receive help and support from us. As a result, we are making some changes internally to provide more support to you.
Historically, our 2700+ CPR, first Aid and Aquatic instructors have been supported by our staff assistants and our safety specialist (Brandon Munoz) and our Community Manager (Julie Smerecki). to provide additional support, our Workplace Programs group will also provide support and assistance to our Authorized Providers. Please review the information below to see who your Red Cross Representitive is. Of course you may call any one of us at any time if you need assistance.
