The Southeastern Michigan Chapter requires all Lifeguard Instructors to submit an Advance Notification Form for all classes conducted in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties five business days prior to the start date of the course.  The information submitted will be used for quality assurance purposes and to ensure that courses are taught accordning to American Red Cross standards.  Lifeguard courses open to the general public submitted at least three weeks in advance of the course will be promoted on our Chapter's website, www.semredcross.org.
