Becoming a Regular Blood Donor
When you donate a single unit of blood, you can help save up to three lives.

Donating blood takes less than an hour and is relatively painless.

You can donate every 56 days.

To donate blood you must be in good health, weigh 110 pounds or more and be at least 17 years old.
